Hi my name is Samantha Ward, a wife as of May 2016 and a mother of 3 amazing boys, Aidan, Dylan and Patrick . I feel lucky to be able to to plan weddings and events all year long, especially in San Luis Obispo County, home of the happiest city on Earth! (If you ask me, the whole Central Coast is pretty happy and wonderful.) I adore everything about weddings, entertaining and decor. (kind of obsessed!) "I have a few passions in addition to wedding planning and design. With those other passions comes other businesses. I am a photographer of Samantha Josette Photography, and the most recent adventure of mine.... Saúde Mobile Bar , as of September of 2016, which is a bartending service for weddings and events. I always worked in restaurants from ages 16 to 26 and found myself missing those bartending days. So why not bring my past of bartending into my present of weddings.
I am also passionate about Art, running, soaking up the sun, playing with my kiddos every chance I can and cooking. I just love finding fresh produce at a local farmers market or our neighborhood farm stands and creating unique dishes. "
Tying the knot
Month of Wedding planning
You do all the planning and selection of vendors and design. I come in and gather all your details and become the main vendor contact beginning 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. I create a detailed timeline and layout to be shared with the wedding party and other hired vendors. Includes a 60 minute rehearsal typically held the eve of the wedding day. Myself plus 1-5 assistants depending on the guest count and size of venue will manage and coordinate the wedding day. Including set up of personal decor and elements, overseeing other vendors installations, coordinating the ceremony and reception timeline and break down and clean up of personal items and decor. You will get access to our online planning tools Aisle Planner upon booking. MY MOST POPULAR PACKAGE.
Love & Marriage
Everything Included in the Tying the Knot package. However this package includes planning and design services. I become more of an active role in selecting vendors based on your budget and style. I help plan and organize vendor meetings. I create a design board and mock up based on your style wishes and we work together in creating the design plan for the day of. I will be there along the way to make sure you stay on task and up to date with your wedding planning check list.
Wedding Bells & Whistles
This package too includes everything from the first two packages. However this package is designed for the couple who really does not have a lot of time to plan their wedding. The couple who values the style and cohesiveness of their wedding day. After a couple of meetings with you and figuring out your budget, priorities and styles for your wedding day, I will present you a wedding design with a selection of vendors that I know will execute this plan. If all goes well you you approve this plan we will then go into meeting with the vendors and getting you booked up with them and having your tastings and mock up presentations. Based on the wedding style we will have your wedding stationary designed and ordered to get sent out on time. I take pride in the package and it truly utilizes my talents in this business. Ultimate Wedding weekend
This is everything in the Wedding Bells and Whistles with the added Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Brunch events. Also includes some special weekend planning for your out of town guest. Please inquire for more information about this.

You will get all edited images on an online gallery for download so you can share your special day with family and friends. A custom USB drive will all images. Will design and sell an album separately if interested.
Videography. Done by my husband Jay Ward of Wedded Films. For during the ceremony and up to 1 hour after the ceremony included. Access to a sharable sneak peak video on Vimeo. You will get a personalized DVD with your edited film of your big day to share with family and friends. You are welcome to order additional copies
Hair and makeup referrals. assistance with booking
Recommendations. Dinner, Hotel and Transportation recommendations and help with reservations.

- Photos included by Samantha Josette Photography (that's my other company). To capture ceremony and up to 1 hour after ceremony. All edited images will be provided on an online gallery for downloading and sharing within one week after the big day. A custom usb drive with all edited photos.
- Videography included by Wedded Films (that's my husband's company). To capture ceremony and up to 1 hour after ceremony. A short edited film and uploaded onto Vimeo for you to share. A custom DVD with the short edited film.
- Bridal Bouquet and Boutonniere included and created by Samantha with Memory Making Events. Will discuss colors and style prior to the big day.
- Hair and Makeup included by a reputable business in the area where the ceremony will be.
